I bought a box of short stories on line. When they arrived they were dry. The company will not replace them. I've heard of several ways to bring them back to life. Anyone have any success with revitalizing a box of cigars? I'd love to hear from you.

Who was the company? Just stick them in the humidor, but they will never be the same.

Ten 4 to that...

Who did you buy from? if you could PM me the name so I know to stay away...

Also, did the retailer's name start with a "T" and end with an "hompson" perchance???

Ship them back, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. When you order something the expectation is that it will arrive as a usable product.... I would accept no less!

There's a couple of threads that talk about bringing dry cigars back from the semi-dead.

Meanwhile, I'll see if I can find a few to bring down this weekend.
