Took the young'uns to this this excuse for a movie. To call it sophmoric would be insulting sophmores everywhere. Low grade humor at it's worst, save your money, and wait for it to come out on dvd, if you must. :0

Wow...I didn't realize it was out all ready. I thought it said it wasn't being released until mid-Feb. last time I was at the theatres over Xmas.

Yeah I want to see it, but like the other movies of it's kind, Scary Movie, Date Movie...they are better left for DVD. Still waitin on Ghost Rider and 300.

Nick Cage as any super-hero is just wrong. I was actually glad when they shit-canned Kevin Smith's Superman script - Cage and Jon Bon Jovi were both considered at some point to play Superman (shudder)

I can't wait for 300... it looks incredible.

As for Epic Movie... uh, duh.. what'd you expect? ;) Definitely a DVD only option and I'm sure it'll be a waste even at that. :)

Can't wait to see 300 either. Sincity was so so cool. Frank Miller's mind is such a warm and fuzzy place to visit. :whistling: From what I read Kevin Smith did not want Cage to be Superman, they told him that he was interested in it and to play nice. I am not a huge Kevin Smith fan but this is what I read. I just with at Bryan Singer would have done "SAVED" X'3 and let someone else do superman. GhostRide should be good even with Cage at the handle Bar's.

Kevin really gave up when the producers told him he had to put a polar bear in the film, no context and no real reason other than they wanted to see Superman fight a polar bear even if there was nothing in the plot that would let that happen. I stopped following it after that and shortly afterwards the whole thing fell apart (don't recall if that was the final straw, but it was one of them). I think it was a good thing, he turned to Clerks 2, and that is one of the most irreverently funny films ever. SinCity was good - hmm, they both had Rosario in them too
