There is a feature in the new "Cigar" Magazine by Steve Saka which he calls a basic primer on black tobaccos. Quite interesting and informative.
 
It was a very informative and well written article to be sure.

I had no idea that ALL cigar tobacco, or tobacco used to produce hand made cigars is considered "Black Tobacco". I did not realize how many varieties of Black Tobacco there were.

The article did a lot to explain things about that which I had questions. :D

He did an article on Mexican grown and made cigars an issue or two back. I found and very much have enjoyed the Ash Mexican natural puro because of that article.

Both articles were very well written and obviously well researched.

I wonder if he needs a porter for his next research assignment? :)
