Can you get in trouble for downloading that stuff like people did in the whole Napster fiasco where some people got fined tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars?

I had a friend who downloaded a lot of music a few years ago and he's nervous.

Hey now, you're treading on thin ice here. Just because they weren't necessarily Juliard trained musicians doesn't mean they didn't know how to make something amazing with their instruments. I enjoy their music just as much or more than I enjoyed everything else at their shows. :whistling:
 
I am a music trading junky, and a huge jamband fan.

I wasn't talking about how the band played :) , but how bad the recordings are. Workingman's Dead is one of my favorite albums of all time.
