Tasting Notes: The anejo, dark gold in color, is strong and slightly pungent on the onset. Complex with moderate agave intensity this tequila's high levels of oak dominate the aromas, which also contain traces of dill, caramel, and earthy agave. Low sweetness and a medium mouth feel. The flavors are all toasty oak with caramel, pepper, and earthy agave. It finishes hot; with high bitterness and long-lasting oaky flavors.
