how can I make it so that I can read all the threads of a post without clicking on them - so that it reads like a conversation will all replies?

Time to rethink my everything
Click on your name at the top left and select "My Settings" from the drop down menu.
Then go to Control Panel -> "Forums" Tab -> "View/Posting/Email Pref." menu -> "Topic Display Mode" (Linear, Standard, Dingleberry)

What kind of bug is this?
I tried changing to this Dingleberry mode, but all I found was Outline.
