Just an update regarding the upcoming upgrade... I expect to have the forum upgraded by mid August, possibly sooner. You can imagine how large the database is, which means converting everything to the new forum will take sometime.
The new PM system is going to be something I think everyone will appreciate it. It will operate similar to how GMail works - conversation style. You'll be able to invite others into the conversation quite easily.
Rather than converting all existing PM's to the new format (which can literally take days to do, and that is using scripts via shell), I'm going to drop the PM table in the db. If you have PM's that you need to save, please start backing them up now. I will post another notice as the upgrade approaches.
