For anyone who hasnt bought mrn yet, i found it at cigars ltd in the uk for $85 with free shipping. Im a little suspicious about the free shipping but we shall see ;)

Did you buy it :0 ? Tell us how the customer service goes

Shipping is only free in the UK.

Where ya gettin' 27 pounds from? I think it's 15 pounds for shipping.

So at 64 pounds total which is $117.75 it's about as good of a deal as you're going to get anywhere.

25 pounds for airmail or 12.50 for 'surface' which I assume is a boat which is probably reallly slow.

Well, when I just tried to order it, my shipping total was 15 pounds. I went through all the screens but just did not submit my order.

Where are you guys getting these shipping rates from?

s0ber says "free"
inthacup says 27 pounds sterling
other1 says 12.50 pounds sterling or 25 pounds sterling

I say 15 pounds sterling because I actually went through the motions of ordering it!

Please let me know what I'm missing here.......

If you look on this page, in bold it says that airmail is 27.5 pounds, surface mail is 12.5 pounds but that takes 4-6 weeks.

The only reason I know this is because I ordered it last week :D

When i checked out, it said free, and when it processed my credit card order it didnt charge any shipping. About a hour after after i placed the order, the guy emailed sayin it wasnt goin to be free shipping. He asked wether i wanted the $12 or the $27 (what the hell is a sterling anyways?) air mail shipping options. I could barley understand what the guy was sayin in his email but then again i had already downed 8 beers. They were super nice and said I will have my books in 7 business days  Now i can look at all the cigars i cant afford to buy. Still a good place to buy the book for $112 total

£27 Sterling is $49.68 as of 2000 EDT today. The book may be a bit more than you planned.

I'll have to say that this is a MUST book to have. Just got mine from Other1 this week, and have to say it is awesome. :)

Thanks intha for clearing up the mystery for me ;)

I got to it from doing a search on "Min Ron NEE" from their home page and got this page and when I hit "ADD" I got the screen where when you fill out your shipping information, it gave me the 15 pounds sterling figure. Sounds like I would have then received an email like 8 beer semi- s0ber :sign: did where they would have given me the 12.50 or 27 pound sterling choice.

Personally, I would have opted to save 13.50 pounds which is darn near $25.00 :0 even though it might take a little longer to get here. $25.00 is a nice start on a box of RASCC's ;)

easy for you to say cc, you already have the book and 1000 boxes of isom in your frigador :D i got another month off of work and i need something to look at, porns and tv is gettint real old. btw, i drank 3/4 a liter of grey goose and smoked a bbf tonight, im really messed up

I ordered the book a couple of weeks ago. $144.31 was taken from my checking account for the book shipped via airmail (and poorly packed, I might add). . .

Is this book really worth the money??
I read portions of it every day, although I just recently received it from the Other1 lottery. I'd have paid the $$$ for it.

I got the book, the total was 141.xxx$$$. It was very poorly packed. They took my $141 book and put it in a $2 envelope that was way to big and shipped it to the other side of the world. The courners were bashed which i wasnt very happy about but it was a minor flaw. I emailed the seller to complain about the packing, and he was very arrogant and standoffish. I just wanted a apology because my 6 year old neice could have packed it better. Maybe its just the english culture not to expect people to complain when they've been wrong'd. I'm just glad I didnt buy cigars from them only to find them damaged in shipping. I'm not the only person whos had this problem with em. I personally wouldnt buy ANYTHING from them again.
Thumbs Down for packing/shipping and custmer service. just my little rant for dealin with that english bastard. On the brightside, I did get the book and it has very nice pictures and info in it ??? Flame me if you want, bottom line is i bought something new and it was damaged and i didnt even get a apology. Only some english jabber about a "no quibble gurantee" wtf is a quibble?

Damn, they charged you tenths of a cent? Must be those farthings, they're hard to convert.

You have every right to complain, even better take pictures of the book corners and packaging, post them and then write the bastard showing him the links. :0

Quibble:
1. To evade the truth or importance of an issue by raising trivial distinctions and objections.
2. To find fault or criticize for petty reasons; cavil.
