Around the first of December I was kinda bored at work so I downloaded Gametap, the service that has 1,000 games, yada yada yada. So I played it for about a hour, and uninstalled. Work picked up and I forgot to call them. I called one day AFTER the two week free trial and got charged 15 bucks. I called up, they said sorry it's cancelled, can't refund the money. I said OK fine, just please I don't want it and thanks for cancelling it.
I looked on my bank statement this afternoon and noticed I got charged 15 AGAIN. So this is a little upsetting. I call the company and they told me it was NOW cancelled and that the customer service guy didn't process it all the way. And I say thanks have a good one... And by the way, how long will it take to process my refund? It won't be processed, they don't do refunds. Now I'm mad... :angry:
My advice is stay away, the "Free trial" has cost me 30 bucks, and I haven't played it for more than 1 hour (I had them confirm that
) And also I've gotten "odd" charges on my card for the past month for a rolling stone subscribtion and also DVDs from Columbia House... and I don't think anyone retailers (considering I only by cigars online) would sell my card info. 
Besides reporting them to the BBB is there anything else I can do? ???
