They're supposedly going down abit partially because of the find in the Gulf of Mexico, also because of Iran's reaction to the Israel-Hezbollah conflict. Alot of analysts were saying that Iran was going to put pressure on the oil market in the wake of the bombings due to U.S. support for Israel, but Tehran blinked, and many are suggesting that if they're not going to slow down the oil during that conflict, it would take alot for them to do so.
Of course, the D-bag in Venezuela's latest antics in NYC aren't exactly a good sign.
