Georgia drought

First thing our lovely government did when our drought got bad was raise the water rates. Now that rationing is no longer a problem, Denver just announced that, not only will they not lower, they will RAISE the rates. Seems we all got water conscious and no longer waste it.

Or, so they would lead us to believe.
