I received mine today as well. It smells fantastic. It was hard but I deposited it into the humi' for some rest.

Mine arrived yesterday Doc. Again, thank you so much for an unbelievable gesture of kindness. The stick looks and smells as good as the other Illusiones I've tried so I can't wait to cross this one of the list.
 
Just got done with my ~2~ from Doc Wylie.

Man, what a nice cigar.

I'm far too drunk to come up with any sort of coherent review (I think I'm on my 10th or so Russian Standard and ginger ale), but the ~2~ that he sent me survived a good 30 drunk dials before my phone's battery gave out. I'm in no way shape or form capable of writing a reasonable review, but I am capable of saying that the ~2~ was delicious and that it was superbly crafted. Burned like a champ like it totally expected to deal with a moron. I called a good number of people in my contacts list and left a variety of crude messages before my phone ran out of juice, but I really dug the ~2~ that the good Doctor sent my way. When my phone went dead I still had a good hour left in it.

If I had to make a comparison, I'd liken it to a Diamond Crown Maximus with a far deeper flavor--same robust, fermented fruit-like flavor with a tobacco-y fruitiness without any of the harsh, distracting fullness one might ordinarily expect. It lasted me a good 90 minutes (including a complete nubbing) that really showed a full-on tastiness.

Thanks again, Doc!!!! I'm definitely going to stock up on the Illusiones...
 
That's hella better than the last drunk review done on here that I saw. I can't find the link but some guy from Kirksville, MO did a drunk review on here awhile back that was absolutely hysterical. I'll see if I can find it....
