Anyone try this yet?

I had my first glass tonight and was impressed. I thought I tasted a slight honey flavor but I'll admit I'm still developing my palate. The initial taste was bold but it instantly softened and was actually quite creamy thereafter.

For the experienced it may be too light; but for me, it was very good. I could see an SLR Serie A pairing quite nicely with it.

I've got a bottle. Not sure what is meant by the idea of "limited human involvement" that they talk about and it doesn't seem to be the 107 proof they say it is. Pretty smooth for that proof IMO. On sale here in PA for $55 right now.
