Man this stuff, when I first tasted it, I foudn too harsh and not to my liking. this was after discovering Talisker. My friend told me h eliked Glenmorangie better than Talisker.
Thing is he was talking about the 10 year old. The 12 year old comes in three casked flavores, Sherry, Madeira, and I forget which other wood.
Anyways once you develop a taste for it it's good, definitely pungent but it has a sweet finish that isn't unpleasant.
