As a private chef I'm constantly on the lookout for gluten free alternatives to people's favorite recipes, without sacrificing taste.

So, it you have any, feel free to post here. I'll start getting mine out when time allows.

I'm in the same boat there Jim. I have clients who are diabetic and gluten intolerant, making food gets tricky!

I have a GREAT gluten free cornbread recipe I'll post up for you CJ. It blew my mind.

I have a friend that is gluten intolerant, who has some amazing recipes that I plan to post as well.
