Can't remember who I talked to that didn't drink, so for anyone interested, buy all your duty free liquor at the airport. The prices there were very good, much better than in the states, and prices at all of the so called "duty-free" shops in Ocho Rios were actually above retail in the states. Also if there are particular things you're looking for, whether it's liquor or watches or cigars, do some research before you go so you know what base retail would be here. That way when you start haggling with the shop owners, you can be confident that you're right when they say, "...but this is a much better deal than you would pay back home!"
