Going to Las Vegas at the end of next month and I was wondering what kind of smoking restrictions to expect. Any info?

Since the new smoking ban, you are only permitted to smoke on the casino floors. There are still some bars within the casinos that allow smoking. No longer allowed to smoke within restaurants. Gone is the cigar room at Del Friscos, gone is smoking at your table at AJ's Steakhouse @ Hard Rock, gone is smoking in the lounge area of DelMonicos.

Casa Fuente still allows smoking on it's patio at Forum Shops as they have a pending lawsuit against the health department. Until that's heard in court, smoking is allowed. You can still smoke INSIDE at the bar of Casa Fuente regardless of the lawsuit turnout.

yeah, you can smoke in public parks...as far as I know. I play in a softball league every Wednesday night and smoke a nice stogie before and sometimes after the games.

I've smoked before at dog parks.

Seriously, you'll have to call the hotel and ask. I'm not quite sure about the smoking ban around pools.
