Congrats to the Yankees again last night for taking the first of four game against the Orioles with a final score of 7 - 0. Keep it up fellas, you got this! Good morning everyone, the espresso is on and it's a cool 50°F here in the Hudson Valley as we speak. We had a great overall: Saturday, we went to the Army vs. North Texas football game at West Point, unfortunately the Black Knights lost in overtime; got home later on in the afternoon and watched the University of Oklahoma beat Auburn; yesterday, we relaxed in the backyard with some cold ones with the BBQ on and catching up on sports and all. I hope you all have a great week and enjoy....... :)
 
Good morning all, the espresso is on and I'm about to make a hearty breakfast on this muggy Fall day. Congrats to the Yankees as won again last night and are now tied for the lead in MLB AL East. They will play one more game against the White Sox this evening and then finish up the regular season against the Baltimore Orioles this weekend. Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and a happy Friday to you. We had a great time at Aroma yesterday, top shelf cigars were burning and all. Congrats to the Yankees for sweeping the White Sox and staying tied in first place with the Blue Jays. There are three games left in the regular season and hopefully the Yanks end up in first place by themselves at the end. The NASCAR drivers are in Kansas City, KS this weekend with racing tomorrow afternoon and Sunday. Lastly, I hope your favorite NFL team wins this Sunday (or Monday evening) and as I say every Sunday: Fly Eagles Fly. Enjoy all........ 🍺

We had a great time at Aroma yesterday and a huge congrats to the Yankees on their win last night and advancing to the ALDS. Just as John Sterling use to say at the end of the game, "Da Yankees win, daaaa Yankees win"! They now have a day of rest and then off to Toronto to take on the Blue Jays Saturday afternoon starting at 1608 (4:08 PM). The NASCAR drivers are in Charlotte, NC this weekend with racing from tonight through Sunday. Lastly, we have Sunday Funday full of your favorite NFL teams and I have to say Fly Eagles Fly as they take on the Broncos at home starting at 1300 (1 PM). Enjoy all....... 🇺🇲
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's a mild 55°F out as we speak. We had a productive weekend overall: Saturday, a number of us met at the New Windsor, NY American Legion and had a clean up / working party for a few hours; then in the afternoon we went to the Newburgh Elks lodge for a fundraiser; yesterday, Beth and I went to Krucker's Oktoberfest in Pomona, NY which is always a great time. Sports wise this weekend, the Yankees are down 2 games to nothing and the Eagles lost to the Broncos. Army football won as well as Oklahoma, and Michigan. Have a great week everyone and enjoy........ :)

Later on today, we’ll be at the New Windsor, NY American Legion Post 1796 for our monthly dinner which will be meatloaf and all the fixings. Morning Charlie. Mercy, Fridaymsure got here fast. Wife and I have been routing for the Mariners, they didn't do,well last night. Hoping they take Toronto out so they can get ready for LA. Hope everyone gets their chit done and can enjoy a part of this weekend.
