Your welcome my friend, and if I may make a few suggestions.
1) Also upgrade the RAM... as Lemon noted HP put the slowest RAM out there in your PC (its how they cut costs)

2) Make sure you have enough cooling in your tower. That 7900 is going to dump quite a bit more heat in your case. So make sure you have enough fans to take care of it.

Have to agree here. When it comes to RAM, I always recommend (and use) Crucial Technology, which is the factory direct way to buy Micron memory products. Their web site also has a ton of useful information; you can search for the right memory for your machine by it's factory model number. It's a good resource and the memory is among the best in the industry:
