Guess my closing date

I'm way past the deadline..I just wanted to congratulate you on the new pad. I hope all goes well.

We're probably selling our rental property this summer.

I hope you are still locked in, this seems to be taking an above average amount of time.
 
Finally got the closing date.......Thursday July 15th, 2004 at 11am ET

We knew it wouldn't be before June 26th (last day of school) but we were hoping it was before the 4th of July weekend. So it looks like I'll be busy next weekend.

Jeffz is the winner and I will get a package out to him Monday

Well it's finally a done deal. I am now a homeowner. Finished up with closing about 1:30pm this afternoon. We take possesion of it on Sunday
 
Not knowing what you put down I'd say chances are you don't even own the amount of space your bathroom takes up. When you burn that mortgate, then you are a homeowner :thumbs:

I probably own the bathroom already :) Actually I'll never own this place as it is a co-op and I am a shareholder
 
Cool, the bathroom is the most important room in the house, if you own that you're set!
