I just got a box of Sept 09. I am going to wait a while before trying to smoke one.

Why? I understand a 30 day sit to stabilize, but why wait anymore than that? Maybe you'll like 'em more fresh? Or maybe you'll like how they change over time, but you'll never know that without a reference point of how they are now...

I had a fresh one last summer and it was terrible. I also had one aged for 2 years and it was heaven. :thumbs:
