habanos verification

Anyone have luck with the verification section of habanos site.

I cannot get it to work....Either the verification letters don't show up, or every time I enter them, it says I have them incorrect...

I have a few boxes I'm trying to check....

The 1st box I believe is fake. I would have to see the cigars, the box and you can PM me where you purchased it, to confirm.

The 2nd box should be Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No 2 Slide lid box. If it is anything else, it is fake.
