Habenero Peppers

This weekend I picked a peck of peppers how many peppers did I pick?
no no really - anyone want fresh habenero pepers?
They are a bright orange this year.
I can send out a couple of packs I presume..

I thought I would ask before I sent them to my dehydrator for my standard drying..
I also have a few piquino pepers availible..

Habanas for habaneros? Now that's a deal. I used to work with a guy that could eat those things whole! I like hot food, but that's just insane. If I ate one, and it didn't kill me (a big if), I'd have to poop in the creek the next day to keep from setting the woods on fire.

Wowee Yep I almost fell outta my chair laughing..
Yeah beast, one of my clients owns a website called the chili cauldron or something. He let me know how to make them a bit hotter than they normally are.
He said "distress them a bit" Huh?
Yeah dont water them untill they start to wilt a little.
For some unknown reason this works..
