Be prepared for a 200% tobacco tax.
Be best off bringing your own IMO.
I recall a shop down by the water...
Seemed pretty fancy but I only poked my head in cause I was already enjoying a 6 buck Padron!
See if Tom's Little Havana still allows for smoking inside, if not they might have some outdoor seating for you.
Stock up on Havana Club and not cigars!

Thanks for the excellent info and the link! I didn't know about the tobacco tax... We are going to stay a couple of days in Halifax and make a loop north through Cape Breton. Hope the weather is nice and cool...
