Congrat's Doc. Get as much as you can while you can. Cause they do come back. Both mine moved out and now both are back, at the same time!!!!! Just not sure when I'm going to break the news to them I'm moving the 1st of Sept. :whistling: Then again.....maybe I won't tell them! :laugh:

My youngest son, aged 23, is finally moving out this Saturday I thought this day would never come. My wife and I can now run around the house naked,( not a pretty sight), have sex in the kitchen and enjoy all manner of heathen pastimes here-to-fore denied to us. I've got just the cigar for the occasion. Let the games begin.

There is something to keep in mind, once you and your wife fall in love with your new "Empty Nester" lifestyle....when he threatens to come back due to unforeseen circumstances (MONEY), you guys will gladly start paying to keep him out! :thumbs:
