Well, it was a pretty ordinary day. No smokes and no spirits. 
It was bit cool last evening so I stayed in a played with the kids and they ended up satying awake longer than usual. So, I fell asleep on the chair while they played and had fun with their toys. I did have some pretty good Thai food though, so not all was lost. 
Maybe I'll just have another birthday this weekend.
