Tomorrow is my birthday. 4-20. Everyone says I should have been a pothead. Hitler was born on this day. All kinds of crazy crap happens the day before (1775--the shot heard round the world; 1993--Waco; 1995--Oklahoma City bombing, 2005--election of new pope).

So, since it's such a special day (to my mom, that is), I have been trying to figure out what to smoke. I have a couple of Padron '26 No.9s in the humi, as well as two Opus Xs (I've already had a PerfeXion A and another that opusXfiles should remember the name of--he bought those, I bought the As). There are several ISOM Monte No.2s and No.4s. I just picked up with some birthday money an Arturo Fuente Between the Lines and a Diamond Crown Figurado No.6. I have a few other ISOMs in the box I haven't smoked, but was kind of wanting to make sure I hadn't smoked all the good cigars on the chance I gain enough respect one day to make it into a pass or trade or just to put together a nice newbie bomb. :D

Well, as my pal opusXfiles did, I'll ask for suggestions on what to smoke, then I'll let you know what I did. I think he and I are getting together Friday night with eshaw and kboy to celebrate the bdays with watching some of the just-released Miracles DVD series, as well as some good smokes.

In the meantime, happy smoking to all you 'gents (and any ladies, if there are any here).

Well, kboy [and eshaw?] worked secretly with Rob (opusXfiles) and my sweet lady, Jenny, to gift me with a sweet selection of smokes. Jenny said she felt like she was in some Mafia scenario. Rob told her when to be at the Tinderbox and whom to ask for. When she walked in, Kboy pulls out a box, lifts the lid, and tells her, "This is what you are here for," then he closed the box. She kept looking for secret agents to hop out from behind the curtain to bust her. My humidor is greatly appreciative.
