Has anyone used any of these air purifiers

I have been looking at Air Purifiers. My wife doesn't mind me smoking in the house, but when people come over they make faces while I smoke and they freak out. Has anyone tried the Iq air, Austin Air or the Blue Air systems. I am confused in which unit works, and just want to know if anyone has one of these. I have tried the units that can be bought in Home Depots and Lowes and they seem to just push the smoke around.

Air cleaners remove the solids from the smoke, not the gases. You may want a window fan for when company comes over.

These three units advertise about the carbon gas that they have to eliminate the smoke gas, not really sure that is why i haven't made the leap to buy any of them. But I did take the advice and bought a fan for the window, will try tonight. Also I might take the really big leap and buy a commercial air cleaning unit. Any suggestions on a unit?
