Hats off to a vendor

I just want to give a big thumbs up :thumbs: to Corona Cigar Co. We trash the gougers and scammers, so it's only fair to praise the worthy.

I received some very expensive, damaged and suspicious looking merchandise last week. Not only did they make it "right". Quickly, with no hardship to me. They also left me with a feeling that they were every bit as upset as I was. I generally shop high and low for the best price, but it always comes down to customer service in the long run.

Thats good to hear, good customer service like that is great to hear about. To many companies don't care about you once they get your money.

Thanks for posting. I am glad to hear this as a buddy gave me their catalog a few days ago. They have pretty good prices, glad to hear the service is up to par as well.

I thought most of their prices were a tad high, but you do get great service. They do aim to please.

If your ever in Orlando, both their shops are worth a visit. Look-up Jgolke if you ever go.

You got to see the custom "Corona Cigar Chopper" It has a humi built into the gas tank.
