HdM Ex 1066 Dark Knight

I remember smoking a few of these back during my original obsession with cigars. I recently had the luxury of finding a few at a random wine shop (The place is notorious for bad humidity but these were new and in tubes!). I grabbed 3 (had a buy 2 get 1 free deal). Smoke one that very night and remembered why I love this cigar so much. SOoooooooooo yummy!

Anyone else impressed with this stick?

I used to LOVE these cigars when I first started out. I remember these being creamy. I remember the dark sumatra being another HdM that I liked.

I haven't had a 1066, but used to smoke a lot of Dark Sumatras... I need to get some more of those.

I wasn't impressed with the Dark Knight, but adore the Dark Sumatras. In fact, the DS is the only HdM line that I like.

I've had a few of the 1066's in my humi. They were okay. Solid but not breathtaking. The DS are very nice from what I remember. May have to buy a box soon. The Prensado Oscuro from the Excalibur line used to be my favorite. Haven't had it in a while. Bought one and it's sitting in the humi. I want to see if it's as good as I remember.

Funny everyone likes the DS so much. From what I recall, its the HdM EX I didn't like heh.

I really like the HdM Excalibur No.1 in Maduro... one very mild but very tasty smoke
