Heading to Cabo area early next month. A few questions...

1) Repurable B&M shops?

2) Smoking restaurants? I live in WA and never (aside from my house) have experienced a place I can grab a steak and smoke.

Feeling excited to do some shopping with the recent legislative changes!

I don't know from experience but I hear the Mexican tobacco taxes are something ridiculous worse than Canada.
