Headin' to Key Largo

I'm heading to Key Largo on a collection trip for work October 26-31. We are staying at the National Underwater Research Center condos for the week, and collect marine organisms for scientific purposes. My days will be pretty busy diving, but my nights should be free. Any suggestions on sites to see and things to do at night would be appreciated. Also, I'm always looking to meet fellow members of CP.

This was a fairly productive trip. We didn't get as many dives in as we would have hoped due to weather, but had a good haul of one of the sponges we were after. I also managed to make it down to Key West for Halloween and to the Island Smoke Shop during our week. Below are a few of the pics from the trip.

Our target sponge is the one with the yellow inside on the right. It has demonstrated antidepressant activity.

Any chance I can join in on some of the dives? If you are into wreck diving, it doesn't get any better! The Duane and Bibb are always good dives. The Benwood, The Eagle, and my favorite, The Spiegel Grove are all accessible dive spots from Key Largo.

I can't wait to get back to work and get some extra cash so I can go get certified and buy some gear.
