Just wanted to know if any of you guys have dealt w/ them, and what your experience was like.

I am not trying to bash them in any way but I have been trying to get a hold of them for a month now (over the phone).

Has anyone else had this problem? If so did your product still arive in a timely manner?

I've had nothing but great service and was blown away at his SS gift this year.
 
Just ordered some beads and a hydrometer, excellent service and free shipping (cause I am in the military). Was my second order from viper, and had the same treatment before. You'll be hard pressed to find a better vendor! He responded quickly to my few e-mails I sent him, make sure you have the address correct.

Man if I missed you call or voice mail I am very sorry. My voice mail provider was messed up and I am in the process of replacing the service I use. Sorry if I did not get your phone message but I return all of the ones I get as soon as possible.
