Morning all,
I saw this a while back and meant to share. Better late than never, I suppose! Every nuclear detonation worldwide between 1945 and 1998. Incredible. The month and year are in the top right. Starts a little slow, but then gets nuts. Volume helps.

If you look close, you'll see the Brits nuked us! TO ARMS!

Have a great weekend!

Trey

I guess I should clarify a little. This wasn't meant as a celebration, just a thought provoker. There is much to ponder. We're incredibly clever animals; very, very good at killing each other and breaking stuff.

Thanks for sharing Trey. I've never really paid any attention to which countries have tested nuclear weapons, and certainly had no idea of how many tests were conducted. I suppose that may be due in part to my age, and what was taught in school here.

Who would have thought, the French.....one would think they did not have the time for this sort of activity. What with all their vacationing and bickering and all ???

Pretty interesting and thought provoking film.

Wow. I'm not exactly sure what the right word is for that, but I'm glad you posted it.

I'd have never guessed that the total score would be as high as it is. I'm curious what it would look like if it went past 1998.

There's got to be some serious radiation in some of those more popular spots. I shudder to think of how many people are living too close to those areas...

Bikini Atoll was very controversial. All we've proven is that we can destroy oursleves.

Wow I had no idea they did so much testing... Also I had no idea Britain tested nukes in the US.

Thanks for that Germany... I mean Trey.
