HELP THE NOOB! Quality sticks could parish!

So I received some A. Fuente #49's in the mail in an awesome little baggy and when I opened them I discovered they were spotted with little white specks that I believe to be mold. What do I do??? The mold wipes off easy and I threw out the Cedar and the cello, I placed them in a spare humidor I have as quarantine victims. What should I do??? Should I dry them out, isolate them? I had pictures but the vanished mysteriously!!! I do not wish these beautiful cigars a horrible death that could have been avoided so I humbly beg for some assistance.

Are you sure it's not bloom/plume? Typically mold is going to appear fuzzy while bloom/plume will be powdery like dust.

There are two quick fixes I have for you. One is you can smoke them right away yourself or if you need my assistance, you can send them to me and I'll dispose of them properly. My addy is in my profile if you opt to go with quick fix two.........

Sounds like you have done everything you can. I have had plenty of Anejos that have had spots of mold of them but after a wipe and quarantine luckily the mold never returned. If the foot of the cigar is infected I would be reluctant to keep them or smoke them. Best of luck!

I'm a tad surprised nobody has reminded noob that "search is your friend". There are countless threads readily available for reading that discuss the sometimes subtle differences between plume and mold - many of which are very well documented with photographs. The majority of those threads also contain advice based on experience of how to handle cigars with this condition - whether it be plume or mold.

There are lots of other threads discussion how Anejo's are prone to mold when stored improperly.

There is a ton of knowledge in the forums, but you do have to look.....

Oh, and by the way, I attend church in my parish on Sunday for service, but when things die, they perish......
