Help with my cigar shack...

The thing with any kind of fan is that as you exhaust the smoke out, the heated air that goes with the smoke will be replaced by cooled air which will be drawn in through any opening that your shack may have.

You'll need something to heat the cooler air as it is drawn in, faster than the heated air which is being exhausted out.
