Guys,

I know I'm going to have some upset people for this, but I'm going to take the Jerky off the market for a bit. Lately I have been very busy and I keep getting behind in my orders which I feel is bad business. Keep in mind, this isn't going to be a permanent thing, I just can't keep up with orders right now. There is just SO much preparation involved in making the stuff, especially when you're talking about the quantities I've been doing lately. Some may think this is a bad idea, that being busy is a good thing and I'd have to agree. However at the moment I just don't have the time to keep up. All of the bbq items will stay available as they are much easier for me to produce high quantities (while maintaining excellent quality).

For everyone on here who has orders you are waiting for, they will be on the way to you this week. I apologize for the wait.

Hopefully everyone understands, I know I've gotten quite a few of you hooked on this stuff **cough cough smokyballs cough cough**, but I will occasionally make some batches up.

You know limited release, impossible to find, limit 2 per customer :0

Make what you can, we understand. I'm gonna have to get me some of these ribs I been hearing about. ???

All you have to do is order the ribs and I will get them made and out to you guys.

In fact, just to make up for the no Jerky, I may have to do a rib special....

Erick very understandable. Don't worry, it may upset us, but if we kill you off from stress, overworkign and exhaustion we can't ever get it again, so ALL is WELL!
