and after reading this thread, I just couldn't resist!

I just ordered a pound of jerky. 1/2 teriyaki and 1/2 colon cleanser.

I hope he has fast shipping, or I'm gonna be all out of saliva before it gets here. <drool>

Hillbilly, have you tried making a "peppered" version of your regular hickory smoked? With just lots of coarse black pepper?

Ahhh this isn’t fair, I have 20lbs of venison sticks from this years hunt and now im going to have to go and try Hillbilly’s beef jerky. It just sounds to good.
