Got my package in the mail and all I can say is simply incredible!!! Not only did I receive the best tasting jerky I've ever tasted in my life today, but he threw in a very nice looking stick with it. Truly a great guy to deal with. THANK YOU HILLBILLY STEAKS!!!!!
 
just wanted to let you know - I took your jerky on a fishing trip yesterday on the Niagara River - fishing was great - I caught a 30" steelhead - point of the story is - all 4 guys said that was the best jerky they ever tasted - I gave them your info - keep up the good work
 
Got mine in on Friday!

My brother and his wife came up to celebrate my 35th b-day and we decided to stay in, so we cooked up a lb of the boston butt. MAN that was good!!!

Can't wait to try the ribs (I didn't tell them I had ribs :laugh: )
