Homerun Derby!!!

I love the homerun derby. But that doesn't hold a flame to the All Star game! I still get chills when I think back to watching my childhood hero, Cal Ripken Jr. hitting a homer in his last All Star game. Woo-hoo!!!!

Absolutely.... All Srar fans want to see All Stars play to win. The razzle, the dazzle, the no hitter... The All Star game is the Epitomy of American sports, now to bring back the competitive play. :thumbs:

I think they are looking to bring back the fire that was once there.

Remember back in '70 when Pete Rose bowled over Ray Fosse for the game winning run in extra innings.

Back in those days they played because they loved the sport.
