How Do I Change My Avatar?

You have to link to an existing picture on another website. BTW, most commercial & privately owned sites really frown on just linking to one of the pictures on their site. Some will even prosecute you for it (or at least threaten to). Assuming it isn't copyrighted, copy it into YOUR online directory, then link to it there.
