How does cigars for the troops work?

I have a good friend on his 7th deployment, in a FOB in Afganistan and he told me that a bunch of them are getting together at least once a week to smoke cigars and relax.

and I'd like to get his "Rocket City Cigar Club" signed up for some cigars.

Bravo Zulu, Good on you, I'm in theater right now and cigars are by far one of the best ways to relax and let a busy day be forgotten, smoking with my CO right now, we love lighting up a cigar when we have a chance.
