How long do cigars last in the mail?

Hi, I ordered a 5'er of cigars last month and for some reason it got lost in the mail. It was packed well and was shipped October 13th.
It arrived today and seemed to have a slight ashy aroma coming from them. Will they be salvagable?

They might be a bit dry but a few weeks or so in the humi and they should be fine.

Yeah, you ought to be able to salvage them if you let them recuperate in your humi. Although I'm not sure why an ashy aroma is coming from them.

It depends on what you ordered...some cigars have an ASS-y aroma. It could be those!!
