How many Pepin brands are out there?

I don't think either those were out in 2007 when the thread was posted. Definitely could use an update at this point

Best of luck to whomever undertakes this project. Seriously, how would you ever identify the 12,000+ blends that he's had his hands in now?

hehe I won't be the one charting these or the tats. Good luck to some poor bastard.

I've been trying to get my hands on every Pepin blend, and with the help of several brothers on here, have been able to try quite a few, but still have a long ways to go. These are all the different blends and sizes I have on hand at the moment. The only blend that I've had that isn't in these pics are the Miami 8&11, just smoked my last one of those the other day.

Question ... sorry if this sounds ignorant, but when a cigar company contracts Don Pepin to create a blend does the company supply him with the tobacco or does Pepin create the blend from his pile of leaves?

Wouldn't all the blends from the different cigar companies tend to have the same taste profile if he uses his own tobacco leaves?

Just wondering

When we see him this weekend we'll ask him this...
