How to change thread views

Hi,
I am having a hard time figuring out how to change thread views. At home, I can view the threads and the replys all on one page. At work, I only see the original topic and then a drop down list where I have to click on the link to view the message. I would like to set my view at work to match the one at home that is everything displayed on one page.

Oh and I am signed on for either session but the views are different.

Top right of your post, there's a blue "Options" dropdown. click on that and change display mode to "Standard".

Ok, so I am here at work and I switch to standard view and I see the thread as I like it. When I switch to a different page it switches back to outline. At home the view is kept at standard all the time. How can I make this default? I think I have checked everywhere but I cannot figure it out.
