How to get thrown into the doghouse - 101

Bad news first - So I am out of town all week at our yearly sales kick off event in Washington. Sounds harmless enough but ohh no, this year it happens to fall on the week of my anniversary and the wifeys birthday. Nothing like being out of town for a week and missing a couple of important dates to start the year. So how do I ever get out of the doghouse for this one? I started off with an overnight delivery from Tiffany and Co. which will be followed up by a visit from our local florist. Hopefully this will be enough, but one little thing I forgot to mention.... Good news starts here - New Years Eve morning my wife woke me up with the news that all systems are go and we are expecting after months of trying! Wooohooo right? Oh damn the hormones rage. Man I hope my stash and dignity are still in place when I get home... Rod where's the prayer smiley?

My suggestion would have to buy her a ticket and have her come with you to Washington. Congratulations!!!
 
Excellent news! Keep us posted. I have used Tiffany's in the past and it worked well...at least for a while.
 
Congratulations! The very best way is to keep her barefoot and pregnant so hide all her shoes!

It's a pity you didn't know about the pregnancy before you blew all that dough at Tiffany's! :D

But it is a good investment in more ways than one. ;)
