Yep.

Unless they've changed the law recently, smoking is illegal in Utah pretty much everywhere except your own home . . . even in PRIVATE clubs.

Hahaha I laughed so hard when I saw this was for Utah. Do you live here? The only place you can smoke, after the first of Jan, is at jeanies smoke shop downtown. They get away with it due to the grandfather clause, so I hear but don't take my word on it. You can talk to an attorney and get him to look into getting by the laws to open up a lounge, I have not looked that far into it myself though. If you are successful, ill be there all the time guaranteed.PM me if you have any questions, and to meet up for a smoke.
