Humidity Question in Humi

Hi all, Had a question on my humidor. I use a Credo type set-up. It's been fine regulating at 70% RH and I prefer it over beads. I filled it initially with 50/50 solution and then have been adding distilled water since. My hygro is calibrated via the adjustable type. In the last few days however, humidity suddenly spiked up to 75-6% from the usual 69%RH. Does this mean I ought to add more PG solution? It's also possible since I recently added some smokes to the box. Curious as to what I ought to do.
