On the 2nd attempt, it was a QRA Locator that had 4 different options for locating. The first try, I can't even remember it. :laugh:

The UTM will get you within 1 meter and the MGRS within 10. I.E. an exact address.

Off the Grid reference of 14R which covers most of Texas especially concerned with the central to Southern part of the state. The PV if I am not mistaking will refer to the exact map grid in the 14R. Thus the 10 digit grid will give you up to I believe 1 foot of the actual point. Thus, its not that much of a mystery.

Yes, I used maps a ton being a 19-D in the Army and having been stationed at Ft Hood, Texas. :laugh:
