I&C-04 Caldwell Midnight Express Robusto

I don't know anything about Caldwell so I have got no idea what this is all about and I choose not to look it up to avoid any influence about what I might read on line.
1/3: Tea and charred steak. Heavily charred.
2/3: More of the same, though the char factor calmed down some.
3/3: Talk about consistency! The tea is a bit fainter but the meatiness of the steak is coming through.

Not bad, but very one dimensional. It has me interested in what else Caldwell has but I am not motivated to seek these out again.

Did you get either of the Standards.. the Eastern or Pacific? I can't remember. Also, that Caldwell Goat seems to be a smoke that prefers being smoked at a lower RH. Several of us had issues.. until we got it below 65%.

Much better experience.. just a heads up when you get to it. That's all I'll volunteer on it for now.
